Order processing and shipping procedure

Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we'll send you a follow-up email with tracking information so you can track your shipment every step of the way.
Your order will then be shipped for delivery. The expected transit time for most orders is between 5 and 7 days (Monday to Friday). Possible delays

Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sandersmode.com. While we will try to accommodate your cancellation request, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled once it has been processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. Take a clear photo of the problem and send it to us at info@sandersmode.com. We will quickly resolve the issue by sending you a replacement or the correct item.
